Leaders

Paraphrasing Winston Churchill, who once said “that politics is a lot like war, except in war, you get killed once. In politics you get killed many times.” I believe that leadership is like war, you are wounded many times and there are those who sole intent is to kill your vision. It is those frowns on the brow, or that yawn or simply a sneer or yawn.
Regardless of your profession, status or station in life; we all are leaders as well as followers. Understanding that you are not the master of your fate, yet it is up to each person to choose their road s in life. Leaders should and must be prepared to grow, change and learn the lyrics of this generation. The failure of leaders to grow and to question the dogma of today will actually qualify these individuals to lead and influence a world that does not exist anymore. Do not let anyone block your vision!
