Changes!

We are entering our third decade of “blaming and claiming”! Neither of these positions will solve the problems of today. However, both positions shared a common thread….’yesterday was better than today.’ It is interesting how we continue this generational error….the fear of change. My oldest friend stated it best: “keep it coming teacher, it should be a hunger and a thirst for it, we crave and know it not, we seek keys not knowing what they will open, we knock on air looking for a door of wisdom. Oh wisdom where art thou? Always we are forgetting that man’s capacity is proportionate to his goal.”

Change is the foundation of our lives. It is important to live life, yet even more importantly “let live everybody.” Those issues that seem to divide us are not nearly as important as what we have in common.
Consider this sensitive topic for example: The three major religions all believe in the same God and share far more common scriptures than most individuals realize. Additionally, there are few if any individuals who are aware of the Orthodox Christian Church or the Ethiopian Orthodox Church. The question seem clear to me, we have more in common than those theological issues that divide us. If the aforementioned question is partially true: then it is this generation’s responsibility to bridge theological doctrine that divide us rather than proclaiming that our view is the only truth. Do expect I others to follow my lead? I am a dreamer and an individual that believes that discourses oftentimes create the climate for change.

Great blog teacher as always.Teacher, change is the esscence of our being, sometimes changeing without notice, others always establishing the change in others, but the truth is that we refuse to ackowledge and accept the truth in change because the truth in change is blinding and sometimes numbing, because we are stuck believeing that what we thought was true doctrine is not true.Words from your old friend Eggmo.

My may Eggmo, I am truly at times torn apart when I am writing my blogs or just reflecting on facebook. It is and never been my intentions to destory our core beliefs, rather, it is to share what I have learned. As you see I have been silent for weeks, attempting to determine if I should share my thoughts, questions and expectations. Two days ago a fomer student contacted me and said..."the teacher always appear when need." Hopefully, I am fostering discussion among others.

Teacher, it is your duty to teach and indoctrinate, you would be remiss if you failed to do so, your wisdom and informative posts, will always be perceived by some as strictly personal and opinionated, whatever replies or comments that you recieve means that you have truely reached taught or informed some or at least one, even if respones are negative, you have invoked their thought process. Words from your old friend Eggmo.

I concur with your friend Eggmo, as you have stated that it is when the question is more important than the answer is when change occurs, (paraphrased). Provoking thought is the key regardless of what others opinions may be, their comment indicates that they took the time to contemplate your statement, which puts them in the situation of potentially changing, considering changing or deciding to stay where they are. which is in and of itself a decision point. dc
